CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
As an emergency hospital, we do not make appointments, however, calling prior to arrival is helpful! Patients are seen in the order they have arrived and based on their triage status, meaning the most critical cases are seen first. While we understand that waiting for your pet to be seen is stressful, life threatening cases take priority.
DO YOU TREAT EXOTIC ANIMALS?
While we are not experts in exotic animals, we do have doctors who will see pocket pets (rabbits,guinea pigs, hamsters etc). If you have an emergency with an exotic pet, it is best to call first!
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
We do not offer personal payment plans but we do accept Care Credit and Scratch Pay. These are third party payment options to help during an emergency.
